New technologies sometimes positively change societies and cultures. However, this change may come at a high cost.

Ultimately, the leader is held responsible, even for decisions they didn’t make. Whether it’s a wrong decision or a missed opportunity, the blame falls on the leader.

Would you rather be a giant in a small pool, or be small in the ocean? As for me, it’s neither. My mission remains bringing Malaysia out to the world, and my passion is to refresh their perception of Malaysian.
This trip to Tawau is win-win. We go there to explore how we can add value to the people of Sabah, while at the same time figuring out how that can benefit Stellar, which will ultimately transform Johor Bahru in one way or another.
Our father is not our enemy. Our children are not our enemy. Our wife is not our enemy. When we are able to stay united vertically and horizontally, we will be able to claim those multi-generational blessings.
Suffering without a purpose is like sinking in quicksand. The more you struggle, the deeper you get sucked in, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless and drained. With a purpose, suffering becomes challenges that you will overcome.
Every time I grieve, I’m grateful for their continued presence, knowing it won’t be forever. This realization perhaps adds meaning to life.
When I began learning coaching skills with the goal of helping others eliminate their blind spots, I discovered the most valuable lesson was reducing my own.
