“Turning back is the shore.” It’s never too late to change course, start over, or pursue a new goal. Today is always the best day to begin—whether it’s starting a new habit, breaking an old one, or embarking on a new venture.
Delegating, empowering others, and adapting to changes are vital whether you’re leading a business, managing a family, or pursuing personal growth. Walking may serve us well in shallow water, but as we venture into deeper waters, we must learn to swim.
In the past, marriages endured longer, but today’s culture, with its emphasis on self-love and individualism, often treats relationships as disposable. The notion of “just take care of yourself” and “you come first” can be harmful to long-term commitments. In a consumerist society, the mentality of throwing things away when they break—including marriages—has become prevalent.
Real freedom doesn’t come from doing whatever we want but from having the freedom to choose what not to do. Living authentically isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. It’s about making conscious choices that reflect your true self, even when faced with challenges or contradictions.
To me, what’s truly expensive is losing the opportunity to create meaningful memories with my children while I still have the chance. My kids will only be three, six, and eight years old once in their lives, and if I miss this moment, it’s gone forever.
Being born and raised in Johor Bahru, I’ve always believed that my roots here are part of a greater purpose.
Creating a culture is a tough process. With a team of fewer than 20, it’s relatively easier. The primary challenge is how you live as a leader. Culture isn’t something you can teach—it’s not knowledge you pass on to someone. Culture is life itself.
We learned that growth involves a process, and as leaders, we had to endure certain difficulties to grow. We didn’t have all the answers, but we relied on our core team’s belief in our mission and supported each other through tough times.

There’s a thrill in running, in pushing myself. It’s about maximizing what we can achieve in a limited amount of time. How do we manage that stress or pressure? I just love it.

New technologies sometimes positively change societies and cultures. However, this change may come at a high cost.
